I have trained in various manual techniques, including foot massage, cupping (vacuum therapy), as well as methods to support physical relaxation and the autonomic nervous system. This expertise allows for targeted and personalized treatments.

I offer my treatments both in my practice in Lucerne and as a mobile massage service, where sessions can also be conveniently carried out in your home.
